JJF Ltd was appointed by Costain to deliver a £3,000,000 programme of civil engineering and fibre-reinforced concrete (FRC) works across multiple Severn Trent sites in the Midlands as part of the AMP7 framework. Operating within live water treatment environments, the project involved the construction, refurbishment, and structural repair of key infrastructure, alongside drainage, ducting, and enabling works. Careful planning and phased delivery ensured all works were completed safely, efficiently, and with no disruption to ongoing operations.

Working collaboratively with Costain and Severn Trent, JJF Ltd utilised modern construction methods and high-performance FRC solutions to enhance the durability and longevity of critical assets. Despite the challenges of coordinating multiple sites and maintaining strict safety and environmental standards, the project was delivered successfully, strengthening asset performance and reinforcing JJF Ltd’s reputation for delivering high-quality civils works within complex, operational environments.
